"We drove and had a parking spot directly outside the front of the hotel. Upon arrival I asked if there was any upgrades to our original room which the hotel accommodated for a small fee. We was blessed with perfected weather and had an excellent view of the lake which made great memories"

"Our 2nd time of staying at Hotel Lavaux and for the 2nd time everything was pretty much perfect. Nice welcome upon our arrival, great room on 3rd floor equipped with everything we could possibly think of. Amazing view from the room and this bettered only by the balcony of which we spend much time. Bed was mega comfortable and bathroom felt luxurious. Restaurant was great and the food waiter was always pleased to see us and help with any requests we made. Food was delicious"

"Location, location, location. That’s really the saving grace for this property but everything else feels like they’ve been coasting for the last twenty years. Staff was fine, nothing standout. One nice touch was that minibar was included each day. Room did have AC. Room was basic, TV was mounted 15’ from bed and was about 22” model, definitely need an upgrade. Bidet didn’t work, shower/tub was older narrow claustrophobic size. Most egregious issue was Wi-Fi didn’t work, it would drop...

"Lovely hotel, beautiful view from the balcony over the lake. Must be one of the nicest positions in the vineyards in Chexbres area. Room was fine size, nice en suite. Comfortable beds. No Aircon or fridge which would have been nice in the heatwave. Would definitely go again."
