"This property is located right across the street from the lake, making it in many ways ideal for that reason. That said, it's at least a 45 minute walk to Old Annecy, making it less desirable. Food and bar options either on property, or nearby, are just very limited. Depending on the time of year, you will find parking to be nearly impossible if you are driving to the Old Town area. "The hotel was really nice and clean, it had a really cool vibe, the staff were brilliant. The rooms were a good size with good facilities. It was a short walk towards the lake. Make sure you ask the hotel in advance for parking otherwise you will need to park in the multistory across the road"
