"A most charming place to stay nestled in the hills of the Massif Central, this was formerly the village school house and retains many original features. Dinner was provided by the hosts and was particularly well received. Breakfast was basic but no less delicious for that."

"We had a lovely overnight stay at this gorgeous little B&B. Very different from the usual chain hotel stays we have when travelling. Catherine was so friendly & helpful & even booked us dinner at a local restaurant which was delicious & amazing value. If you are after a great value taste of rural French hospitality, the Sandine & Catherine will be hard to beat. "

"Reasonable location. Disappointing facilities - book in closes at 18.00 (no reception after this time) and restaurant closed on Sunday evening. Room comfortable and clean but public areas bleak and unwelcoming. "
