Description: Entrance - separate toilet - bathroom (bath, shower, sink) - 1 bedroom equipped with 1 double bed (140) + TV + cupboard, adjoining bathroom (bath, sink, toilet, washing machine) - 2 bedrooms equipped with 1 double bed (140) + TV + cupboard - Living room dining room with lounge area equipped with 1 TV - Kitchen area opening onto the dining room with a equipped separation bar (dishwasher, large fridge + freezer compartment, stove with ceramic hob, Nesspresso coffee maker, toaster, kettle, microwave, extractor hood, 1 sink) - Access to the equipped floor: mezzanine area open to the living room with 1 single bed (90) + cupboard - 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140) + 1 single bed (90) + cupboard - 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140) + TV + storage - 1 bathroom (shower, sink, toilet). All bedrooms have access to a balcony that goes around the apartment. Prohibition on using the fireplace.
