Thanks to its ideal location, you can do everything on foot: the shops (shops, supermarket, restaurants, cafes...) are at the foot of the residence and the departure of the Chavannes ski lifts is only 80 meters away.This charming apartment, completely renovated, is very functional and comfortable. It opens onto a small entrance hall with separate WC. The bedroom, nicely decorated, has a double bed (140*190) and plenty of storage. It overlooks the back side of the building and is therefore quieter.In its extension are the shower room, then the living room. With its two windows and its large bay window, it is bright and offers lovely views of the central street and the surrounding mountains.The lounge area includes a very comfortable 2-seater convertible sofa bed and a retractable flat-screen television. The kitchen area is fully equipped: toaster, kettle, filter coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, etc. You will find everything you need to cook and enjoy your meals on the shepherd's table.The living room opens onto a large front balcony equipped with outdoor armchairs, then onto a huge 44m² south-west facing terrace where you can eat in summer or make snowmen in winter!Additional Information:- Towels and bed linen are provided; beds are made upon arrival.- Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment.- The apartment comes with a free parking space in the Chavannes underground car park, located right next to the apartment.
