The breakfast in the hotel is fabulous and the rooms spotless as is the hotel. Pool is great with plenty of shade under the trees. We have returned to this hotel many many times and hope to do so again. Thank you to the reception staff for the friendly welcome."

"The air conditioning had been broken for more than 2 weeks, the carpets in the hallways were filthy, and the drain in the shower smelled like there was a dead animal. They gave me a fan for my room and told me to keep the patio doors open. I am a woman traveling alone. I checked out after 4 hours and went to another hotel. The Hotel Santana-Amazing!!"

"Sewage smell through out the entire first floor (2nd floor from the lobby). It was absolutely disgusting, but I could not make other arrangements for another room. I can't believe they would make any room available in this current condition. Absolutely the most filthy and disgusting experience I've had with any hotel stay in my 4 weeks of traveling in Europe. The town was deserted, so maybe they're desperate for tourists, but I would choose a different hotel away from the marina/port...
