"Nice resort and spa. Facilities were clean and well organized. Breakfast for fee was pretty good. Pool was big and clean. Steam room and sauna were pleasant. It should have been no kids especially with no adult supervision sign. Kids were getting in and out the steam room and sauna, making room temperature decking. Staff is not smiling. All questions are answered with rude voice and gesture, no eye contact. All answers started with NO without explanation. Additional questions were needed to get the full answers."

"We were very happy and satisfied with our stay at Motives Inn Dilijan! The staff was incredibly supportive, helpful, and always willing to do everything they could to solve any issues and make our stay comfortable. They were especially wonderful with our kids and very attentive to their needs, including their food. We also really loved our cottage—it was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The property has a lovely playground with sand and a soccer field, which was a big plus for families with children. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend Motives to anyone visiting Dilijan, especially families with kids. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable! ❤️"

"We absolutely loved our stay!! Such a beautiful place to stay, so peaceful and you’re surrounded by nature. The staff were so attentive and kind, the room is spacious and we loved the special touch of breakfast being brought directly to us in a picnic basket every morning (at a time we’re asked to choose)! Since every room has its own picnic table outside, we got to sit and enjoy breakfast in such a calming way. Also, Gevorg was especially welcoming when we first arrived and we appreciated that very much. I would definitely recommend staying at Cozy House to any friends and family that are visiting Dilijan!"
