They have a gnat infestation on the whole second floor. They cleaned our room the second day and whatever they mopped with made our floors sticky. "We showed up to check in and the staff came out and greeted us. We did not have any issues with check-in. The lobby was decently clean when we went down the hallway to head to our room, We noticed bugs on the floor and a moldy smell. when we enter into our room there are bugs all over the floor, blankets are dirty, air conditioner doesn’t work, brown-sticky stuff all the way down the wall and on the floor, shower was dirty, and the fire alarm beeping because the battery is dead. "Black mold behind bathroom wallpaper. Looks like they were aware of problem and tried covering it up. Smelled it upon arrival to room and tried brushing it off but was faced with the truth after my 13 year old who is susceptible to black mold took a shower in morning."
