"As a mixed-race couple looking forward to a relaxing two-night stay, we knew as soon as we arrived that something felt off. While the place looks nice and is clean, we were made to feel unwelcome by certain staff, who treated us very differently compared to the other guests.
- we got virtually no sleep the first night because of families running loudly around the main hallway until 3am, which staff did not manage.
- an attempt to charge us £125 for a meal that cost £25.
