"We stayed here for one night on our way to Minehead and it was one of the most disappointing hotel stays we’ve had. We booked this hotel specifically because it advertised air-conditioned rooms. On arrival, we were greeted by a sign saying the hotel was under refurbishment and there was no air conditioning. This was never mentioned when we booked. "A lovely, quiet place and a great spot to relax. The hotel room and bathroom were clean, and the spa facilities were excellent. A big shout-out to Sam, who did my treatment—she was absolutely amazing and made the experience even more enjoyable. The only downside was that the walls were not very soundproof, so I could hear people walking around at night. Other than that, I had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend it."

"We stayed in a large refurbished room, comfortable bed, large bathroom super show and nice toiletries. The breakfast was lovely there could be a better bread choice selection and it gets busy and the staff are at full stretch but it didn't detract from their professionalism. We used the bus and if you plan and get the right ticket it works saves messing around looking for parking spots.Thoroughly recommend."
