"Was an enjoyable stay, we were upgraded to a garden villa which was amazing!! Only regret wasn’t able to stay longer.. beautiful property with close proximity to everything. "

"Great overall stay at Padma, with excellent facilities and a relaxing atmosphere. However, a couple of service issues let it down. The only two mornings I went to the buffet breakfast, I ordered coffee that neither arrived—both times I finished my meal without showing up. That’s a basic service expectation that shouldn’t be missed. I was also disappointed that room service wouldn’t provide something simple like pastries with coffee unless I attended breakfast in person. That felt unnecessarily rigid and outdated. Food quality across both breakfast and room service was average at best. Overall a good stay, but these service gaps made it hard to justify a higher rating."

"Amazing stay for a family , my kids enjoyed the stay and wanted to stay at the same place again in the future . Kids club did activities, they enjoyed the cooking class . Staff are friendly. Food is great and so is the location "

"The Jakarta is very rundown the only positive is the pool area They advertise it has a gym but it’s not a gym it’s a death trap, no one is game to go in there, it is very dangerous The rooms are all very very rundown Spoke to a lot of people around the pool and they all said that they won’t be back When you bring it to the attention of the staff and managers they say it’s the head office and head office doesn’t care which again is so disappointing. We have inspected other motels in Legian and they are far superior so that is where we will be looking on our return to Bali We have been coming to Bali for 40 years and love it and will be returning but not to Jakarta until it stops just taking the money and not putting something back Kirk"

"We stayed in premier pool view room. The room was large clean & tidy.We didnt have breakfast included but did go one morning. Good array of Indo & western food. The pool is large with a swim up bar & a childrens pool adjoing. There is also a beautiful roof top bar but not a lot of shade up there. You have to get there early to wrangle one of the 4 cabarners with shade. The hotel is next door to the Y bar I think the front rooms may get some noise from there at night. The room we had was further to the back so we didnt hear it. Staff are all friendly & very helpful"
