"The Jakarta is very rundown the only positive is the pool area They advertise it has a gym but it’s not a gym it’s a death trap, no one is game to go in there, it is very dangerous The rooms are all very very rundown Spoke to a lot of people around the pool and they all said that they won’t be back When you bring it to the attention of the staff and managers they say it’s the head office and head office doesn’t care which again is so disappointing. We have inspected other motels in Legian and they are far superior so that is where we will be looking on our return to Bali We have been coming to Bali for 40 years and love it and will be returning but not to Jakarta until it stops just taking the money and not putting something back Kirk"

"Breakfast buffet really good lots to choose from. Food on the other menu was OK wouldn’t say amazing. Very clean, well kept hotel. Room cleaned every day which was great. Plunge pool room was great. The only negative thing I’d have to say is our room air con wasn’t very good. We both didn’t sleep great every night because of the heat"

"We stayed in premier pool view room. The room was large clean & tidy.We didnt have breakfast included but did go one morning. Good array of Indo & western food. The pool is large with a swim up bar & a childrens pool adjoing. There is also a beautiful roof top bar but not a lot of shade up there. You have to get there early to wrangle one of the 4 cabarners with shade. The hotel is next door to the Y bar I think the front rooms may get some noise from there at night. The room we had was further to the back so we didnt hear it. Staff are all friendly & very helpful"

"What can you say Padma is Padma! This is multiple times we have stayed here now and we’ve always enjoyed our time. Padma is very welcoming and friendly. Staff are super attentive when it comes to Price. Whilst it is one of the more expensive resorts that you stay at, I found this trip that different offerings from the resort were actually quite reasonably priced for some of the restaurant. Although my wife loves the buffet breakfast, I found the breakfast to be slightly lacking this time around. If I would have to pick one negative from the stay, it is the upsell tactics by some of the staff walking around the breakfast buffet in the morning, asking how your meal is and then immediately going into a script of trying to book you into one of the resorts restaurants for that evening. I’d like to call out the staff at the fitness centre specifically, these guys were absolutely great. I found them super helpful, even offering tips on personal training."

"The hotel exceeded our expectations. The spa girls were amazing, probably the best massage i have ever had. The cocktails were great, however, running out of vodka at the pool bar isnt really a good thing."
