Named after a rare local flower, Villa Arenaria nestles in a lush, tranquil setting among olive, lemon, organge and pine trees. Built using local stone and tastefully furnished to a very high standard, our villa benefits from a secluded and quiet position on the outskirts of Lefkada town, and only 900m form the long sandy beach of Agios Ioannis.

Villa Arenaria is a 120sq.m., 2-bed/2.5 bath stone villa with a huge private pool of 55sq.m. occupying c. 2 acres of land. The villa features one bedroom with a queen bed and another with two single beds. Both bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms, whereas there is an extra wc with laundry facilities. The indoor dining area is overlooking the pool while next to it there is a rustic fully equipped kitchen. At the sitting room, there is plenty of space with a 3-seater sofa (which converts to accommodate either 1 or 2 guests), a 2-seater sofa and extra seating furniture, a 55 inch smart TV with Netflix & a dvd player. A 20sq.m. terrace area extends outside the sitting room, with dining seating for al fresco dining.
Outdoors, there are plenty of possibilities for relaxing. Further to the sunbeds by the pool, there is a shaded lounge area, while across the pool there is a covered area with built-in bbq facilities, woodburning oven & dining seating. The garden is neat and well-structured, with grass all around the villa and it includes two swings and a slide for our little friends, and an outdoor gym for adults (pull up system station with climbing rope & wood rings).

The villa is located within a very large, flat olive grove in the suburbs of Lefkada town, an area full of plains with rich vegetation and scattered houses, a perfect location for walking or using the two bicycles offered. Villa Arenaria is also very close to Agios Ioannis sandy beach and Lefkada town, making it convenient for our guests to reach the beach on foot (800m) and the town within just a few minutes drive or walk or bike (900m). A minimarket is only 200m away from the villa.

There is central a/c and also underfloor cooling and heating throughout the villa. We offer complimentary wifi internet connection. There is plenty of parking space for up to 3 cars.
