"The staff was overworked due to being short staffed and some of the staff didn’t know how to use the check in and check out system and house keeping was horrible sometimes they would pick up my room but not make the beds and take the towels out but wouldn’t put any back in"

"Everything was ok with the exception of the room with the patio door. The curtains were filthy. It would be helpful with the presentation to ensure the curtains are cleaned. It appears they have not been cleaned in a long time. Sincerely, the room was very clean overall just need attention to the curtains. Thanks"
