"Front desk staff were friendly and efficient, room was clean and well-equipped, facility felt fresh and new. Breakfast was excellent with nice array of hot offerings (scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes, French toast sticks), fresh fruits and yogurt, oatmeal, toppings (slivered almonds, granola, more), as well as cereal, breads, juice and coffee- regularly attended by staff who cleaned and added more food. Very nice stay!"

"The staff at Ameristar were exceptional. From the time I checked in they were polite, courteous and helpful. I would like to give a shout out to the housekeeping staff for being so kind. One lady in particular. I don’t know her name but on my way out she chased me down and gave me my Stanley cup I left in the room. This was so kind and thoughtful. Then walking to the hotel parking lot a. I tripped and fell. Two staff members came and helped me up and checked on me. Human Beings that are kind courteous and thoughtful is what keeps people coming back to your business. Invest in your staff they are the only reason your business will flourish."
