"Excellent stay until check out. Had paid on arrival for the 3 rooms and parking. On check out I was then informed that there had been a mistake when we checked in and that I owed a further £3 for 2 of the rooms. Considering how much I had paid for 3 rooms with balcony for 2 nights and because it was the venues mistake it would have better customer service to write the £6 off."

"Dirty bathroom, air conditioning didn’t work and the room was advised with a balcony which wasn’t a proper balcony with being a corner room its was tiny. The place was under renovation. Just poor wouldn’t stay there ever again."

"Very convenient and spacious apartment - the only one on the 5th floor. Lovely to be able to sit on the balcony in the very hot weather, as the flat was quite hot. There is a fan but it wasn't particularly effective. Plenty of storage space, a huge TV and big living area. Comfortable bed. A few minor niggles - the flat feels a bit tired. Loose carpet in the hall, and loose floor tiles in the bathroom. The bathroom extractor fan did not seem to be working. Some of the venetian blinds were...

"Check-in was remote and smoothly navigated over the phone. The property itself is excellent both in terms of location (shops, restaurants nearby) as well as size of the apt. There were 3 minor issues - slightly mold/grout in one of the showers, water mixer in 1 shower too hot, and the coffee machine was leaking water causing slightly spill."
