"A lovely chalet style hotel tucked up in the mountains near lake ledro. Not all of the staff speak English but it was easy to check in and find out all of our amenities. The rooms were very clean and the breakfast had good options. The only negative was that the towels were threadbare but this is to be expected at the end of the season. We would definitely stay here again "

"Staff were all helpful, friendly and always welcoming and approachable. Nothing too much trouble and they made the effort to get to know you. The childrens entertainment team were excellent, they put enthusiasm into everything they did, despite doing it everyday they always put the same amount of energy and effort in as if it was the first time. Rooms were clean and views of the mountains wonderful, peaceful and beautiful. Pool area always clean. Restaurant was excellent, good choice of food...

"Pros: Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, sie liegt mitten im Bergdorf, urig, gegenüber leerstehende alte Häuser Der Gastgeber ist sehr nett Cons: es fehlte der angegebene Fön, Geschirr war etwas knapp bemessen - wir hatten genau 4 Kaffeelöffel - was nicht angegeben war in der Beschreibung war die Treppe, da wir unseren Hund dabei hatten, ist dies eine wichtige Info für uns, es handelt sich um eine Steintreppe mit insgesamt 13 Stufen Was uns am meisten störte, war die Abrechnung der Heizkosten bei...

"Personalet er meget imødekommende og venlige. Hotellet er flot, fremstår nyrenoveret og meget pænt. Især personalet - både i receptionen, rengøringen og i restauranten - skal have en ekstra stjerne for at være glade, interesserede og servicemindet. Der er fri adgang til spa-området og en sød have “Zen Garden”."
