"It is a nice quiet location. Easy accessibility to the highway. many good restaurants close by and downtown Lawrence is about a 7 min drive. Hotel is fairly new, very clean & staff was very nice"

"All good, not fancy, clean and comfortable to sleep, except the AC unit, too noisy. I manged by running it during the dat, and turning it off during the night. Also, the refrigerator was noisy snd froze my sodas. With a bit better maintenance it would be a 5 star rating."

"This property is beautiful. Lots of room for a big family. We stayed with our parents and adult children and grandchildren. The porches were such a nice place to sit and visit. We also loved all the open space. Rooms were set up nicely with options for kids. The dirt road to the property was walkable/joggable and there were a lot of deer on early mornings. Easy drive into Topeka or Lawrence. Also, we were able to get a Walmart delivery even though it’s just outside of town. Lastly, the host was so kind and responsive!! We definitely recommend the property for large families or a few couples visiting the area!"
