"Our room was on first floor right above the events room and they had a wedding on first night which was noisy and we couldn’t sleep until after midnight while we were supposed to wake up early for a tour next day. I asked to be moved and they said they were fully booked. I checked and they were not. Our room also faced the road which was also noisy at night so we didn’t sleep well here. Would not visit again because of this. "

When the technology of the check in system at the car park confused me Lucia from reception took the trouble to come to the car park to assist me… amazing guest care on her part. On the Sunday evening Tsueh guided me to a local store that was open the Sunday for me to get a few essentials. I phoned Marlos on reception whist I was still in the UK and he helped arrange my place at the underground car park. All three members of the reception staff were absolutely amazing !
