"I made reservations to stay at this hotel, and paid in full, over 2 months in advance. When I arrived at the hotel at 3:30 pm to check in and drop off our bags, they did not have our reservation. I had paper copies, and emails, showing that we had in fact reserved a room. The manager had zero interest in trying to solve the problem and told us he couldn’t help us and there were no rooms available. This was our first day in Europe after an overnight flight from the US. "Our family had an unforgettable experience. From being received warmly by staff upon arrival, to the wonderful views, the farm to table breakfast experience (with freshly baked bread so good), to our cozy room to our relaxing use of the sauna and steam room. All of it was so fabulous. The staff recommended us for dinner at a neighbouring property and we enjoyed our meal so much. The only issue is we didn't stay long enough. We could have stayed a couple more days."
