Location médiocre. Douche bouchée. Frigidaire qui ne faisait pas trop de froid . Pas de grill pain, planche à découper. Ciseaux. Tire bouchons . Bac à glaçons. Plats pour le four. Juste 4 cuillÚres, 4 couteaux, 4 fourchettes. La pire de mes locations au niveau équipement.

Location décevante

DĂ©cevant. Aucun check-in sur place avec la conciergerie pour vĂ©rifier l’état du logement avant notre arrivĂ©e. RĂ©sultat : un appartement sale et nĂ©gligĂ©. Toile d’araignĂ©e dans chaque piĂšce, sable dans la douche, miroir non nettoyĂ©, lampe de chevet collante, ustensiles de cuisine gras, moustiques au mur et traces de sang en prime. Sous le lit, de quoi organiser un pique-nique.Et pour ceux qui auraient l’idĂ©e saugrenue de nettoyer eux-mĂȘmes : sur place, uniquement un balai fatiguĂ©. Pas d’aspirateur, pas de serpillĂšre, rien de sĂ©rieux pour rendre l’endroit vivable.CĂŽtĂ© amĂ©nagement, le logement est annoncĂ© pour plusieurs personnes mais clairement inadaptĂ© au-delĂ  de 3. TrĂšs peu de rangements : un seul placard avec Ă©tagĂšres, et dans la chambre, une penderie
 vide. Aucun cintre Ă  disposition, il faut penser Ă  venir avec les siens.AprĂšs une nuit en mer, nous avons rĂ©cupĂ©rĂ© le logement en milieu d’aprĂšs-midi (pas disponible avant), Ă©puisĂ©s, pour dĂ©couvrir ce spectacle. Aucun geste commercial, si! Un sachet de biscuit. On m’a simplement dit que j’aurais dĂ» rappeler pour faire revenir l’équipe de mĂ©nage. À croire que c’est au client de gĂ©rer la logistique et d’assurer le contrĂŽle qualitĂ©.L’endroit est certes calme et pratique pour rayonner dans la rĂ©gion en voiture
 mais je n’y remettrai pas les pieds.

EnttÀuschend, schlechte Unterkunft

Die Unterkunft können wir aus folgenden GrĂŒnden nicht empfehlen: schlechte Kommunikation, Zusatzkosten fĂŒr BettwĂ€sche und HandtĂŒcher, modriger Geruch im Haus, kein Klopapier und Seife, Dusche ohne TĂŒr, Ameisenkolonie im Garten und insgesamt ein schlechtes Preis/LeistungsverhĂ€ltnis. Am Anreisetag bekamen wir erst gegen 16 Uhr Details ĂŒber die SchlĂŒsselĂŒbergabe. Da das Haus noch nicht bezugsfertig war, trafen wir uns erst nach 17 Uhr mit Fiona. ZunĂ€chst bekamen wir eine „Verkaufsveranstaltung“ ĂŒber mögliche Ausflugsziele und gute Restaurants von Freunden. Da wir schon lange auf den Beinen waren, fragte ich dann nach den SchlĂŒsseln. Allerdings waren zuvor noch 50€ fĂŒr BettwĂ€sche und HandtĂŒcher fĂ€llig. Es handelt sich eigentlich um eine niedliche Bungalow-Anlage. Allerdings wimmelt es hier vor Ameisen. Im Haus selbst, fĂ€llt sofort der modrige Geruch auf. Dieser wurde durch LĂŒften auch nicht besser. Leider gab es auch kein Klopapier und Seife. Aufgrund der offenen Dusche schwamm das Bad anschließend. Es hat uns hier nicht gefallen und wir waren froh, als wir weiterreisen konnten.

Linge de maison

Je suis trÚs déçue de cette location, car rien n'indiquait qu'il.fallait régler le linge de maison et j'ai dû faire un chÚque de 100 euros pour les serviettes et les draps! du coup c'est une location qui revient trÚs chÚre par rapport aux prestations!

Aucune considération du client qui est une vache à lait

Alors en gĂ©nĂ©ral je prends le temps de documenter la bonne Ă©valuation lorsque j'en suis ravi. Je n'ai jamais rencontrĂ© une telle situation d'arnaque et prise du client pour une vache Ă  lait. Tout commence aprĂšs la rĂ©servation, nous avions louĂ© 2 jours pour finir notre sĂ©jour Ă  proximitĂ© de Porto vecchio. Quelques semaines, avant d'arriver vous recevez un mail de la conciergerie sur des frais additionnels que nous pensions facultatifs compte tenu du montant annoncĂ©,le mĂ©nage que nous avons l'habitude de faire sur des courtes durĂ©es de location. La veille de la prise de location nous appellons le gĂ©rant pour rĂ©cupĂ©rer les clefs en lui disant que nous serions sur place vers 19h passant l'aprĂšs-midi sur banifacio. DĂ©jĂ  le malaise s'installe en disant que si nous n'Ă©tions pas contraint par un bateau ou un avion nous pourrions nous prĂ©senter un peu plus tĂŽt Ă  la conciergerie avant 18h sinon il partait au restaurant et nous pourrions rĂ©cupĂ©rer les clefs qu'aprĂšs minuit... Ok Finalement nous Ă©courtons notre visite pour nous prĂ©senter Ă  16h30 Ă  la conciergerie ou nous sommes accueilli par Fiona. AprĂšs de courtes prĂ©sentations et me proposant le linge de maison (option payante) elle m'indique qu'il ne reste Ă  rĂ©gler que le mĂ©nage obligatoirement pour avoir les clefs. Ce Ă  quoi je lui prĂ©cise que je n'apprĂ©cie la mĂ©thode. Nous engageons des Ă©changes vifs surrĂ©alistes Ă  propos de ces mĂ©thodes douteuses, de mensonges, en effet il n'est jamais mentionnĂ© les frais de mĂ©nage dans le corps de l'annonce abritel aprĂšs vĂ©rification avec la gĂ©rante sur place qui m' indiquait le contraire se retranchant sur le fait que nous "les clients" sommes bien au courant et des personnes pas fiables. Bref impossible d'y Ă©chapper sans quoi nous n'avions pas l'appartement. Clou du spectacle, la gĂ©rante nous accompagne Ă  l'appartement vers 17h30...et lĂ  force de constater que le mĂ©nage n'avait pas Ă©tĂ© fait... Il restait des dĂ©jections dans les toilettes. AprĂšs un rapide coup de balai et dans les toilettes sdb par la gĂ©rante qu'en mĂȘme...nous prenons enfin possession de l'appartement trĂšs loin de ce que l'on peut attendre en vu du montant. L'appartement dans une rĂ©sidence close calme, au bord d'une route passante n'est pas propre. L'endroit est envahi par les fourmis qui n'hĂ©sitent pas Ă  mordre le contrenevant et gare Ă  la nourriture qui traĂźne. La pire expĂ©rience avec abritel. Si vous pouvez faites l'impasse sur ce secteur faites le !
