"My family and I traveled 5 hours to this property. We arrived 2.5 hours after check in at 4z Upon arrival, I got a weird, dirty smell. I thought “oh maybe that’s just the smell of the house, it’s fine.” I walk into the kitchen, there is dishes on the stove, the dishwasher is full of dishes, the kitchen table is full of crumbs. I look to the laundry room and there is a pile of towels. I begin thinking “I don’t think this place was cleaned.” My family and I sit down to eat our takeout. I message...

"Cute little home. Has everything you need. Bed was very comfortable. Couch was hard and uncomfortable. Has excellent hot water and all appliances work as they should. Roof and front windows leaked during rain storm and affected electric lights. Entire home was dusty but otherwise clean. Communication was good. "

"We stayed here for just 2 days with kids and were very happy with the cleanliness of the place and accessibility to many grocery stores and highway to downtown Houston. No issues to report. Would definitely stay again if ever back near Houston! "

"Located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Plenty of restaurants and shopping areas. Close to Galveston and Clear Lake. When you walk in felt like home. Plenty of space for my family, our 2 pups and myself. Very well stocked with kitchen. Rooms felt cozy. Lanie checked on us to make sure we made it safely and if we needed anything she was always there. We definitely will be back. "

"This was super rough. Strong trash odor in the hallway, leak marks throughout ceilings, no internet the entire stay to work or watch movies, but what’s worse? The place was CRAWLING (literally) with heavy termite infestation. Literally pouring out of all the walls all along the living and dining room. My kids thought they were bed bugs and was didn’t want to sleep. I have videos and photos I’ll post on other forums. Needs a lot of work."
