The Hilltop Haven sits on a hilltop just outside downtown Leadville with unobstructed 360-degree mountain views from every window, the deck, and the hot tub.



The open-concept main floor connects the living room, kitchen, and dining area under vaulted ceilings with exposed wood beams. A gas fireplace anchors the living room, which opens to the deck through large windows framing the panorama.

Getting Around:

You'll want a car — no reliable rideshare in Leadville, and ski resorts require driving (25–47 min).



From Denver (DEN): ~2hr drive via I-70 W to Hwy 91 S. Route crosses Fremont Pass (11,318 ft) — check cotrip.org for winter conditions. 4WD or chains recommended Nov–Apr.



From Eagle/Vail (EGE): ~1hr drive with less pass exposure.



Downtown Leadville is a 5-minute walk from the property — restaurants, bars, and shops are all on foot. Ski resorts and trailheads require driving.

For stays longer than 15 days, a mid-stay cleaning is required and an additional fee of $150 will apply. This helps us maintain a high standard of cleanliness and ensures the home stays comfortable for the duration of your stay.

No air conditioning — Leadville rarely needs it at 10,000+ feet. Nights are cool year-round.

Altitude: 10,152 feet. Some guests experience dizziness or nausea — travel insurance recommended.



Pet fee: $70 (1 pet) / $140 (2 pets max). Pets cannot be left unattended.
