Family adventure in the Vosges

We arrived late evening and found our warm hosts waiting to welcome us. The chalet is immaculate and well furnished and clearly very well cared for and maintained. We were grateful for Alain’s tips on local walks and even a tour to see the Chamoix grazing. A wonderful week with lots to do in the vicinity or just enjoy chilling out at the chalet. Merci beaucoup et à la prochaine.

Inoubliable séjour au calme...

Très beau chalet au calme, l'accueil d'Élisabeth et chaleureux et bienveillant , ici tout est bien organisé on sent l'expérience de la propriétaire qui mène son affaire de façon efficace.Chercher un point négatif demanderait trop de temps donc pour nous tout est parfait et avons hâte de revenir pour un prochain séjours avec des amis...Comme on dit:" l'essayer c'est l'adopter...."

La maison près de la forêt

Cette jolie maison, parfaitement aménagée et décorée avec goût, nous a servi de "camp de base" pour visiter et parcourir une région magnifique pendant nos journées puis de profiter de nos soirées dans la quiétude de notre cocon fenêtres largement ouvertes sur les forets et les prairies qui nous entouraient.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Le chalet est a 15 min de la station La Bresse Honneck, a côté de la forêt. Chalet tres joli et confortable.

Sehr sauberes und gut ausgestattetes Chalet

Der Empfang durch den Besitzer war sehr herzlich und sehr unkompliziert. Das Chalet ist sehr sauber und wirklich mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht. Die Schlafzimmer sind schön und es gibt im unf um das Haus viele Sitzmöglichkeiten. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Chalet Elisa wirklich sehr genossen und kommen jederzeit gerne wieder.

Wunderbar

Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und diskret. Das Haus war mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet und wir fühlten uns wohl. Die Lage war zwar für Wanderungen und Ausflüge optimal, da relativ zentral gelegen, allerdings gab es kein Geschäft/Bäckerei fußläufig zu erreichen, was uns persönlich gefehlt hat. Die Straße war tagsüber stärker befahren, als erhofft, aber die Kinder hatten ihren Spaß an den winkenden Autofahrern, was mehrfach ein Hupkonzert ausgelöst hatte. In der Nacht war es sehr ruhig. Insgesamt können wir die Unterkunft wirklich empfehlen.

Das Haus war perfekt. War für uns 4 Erwachsene, ein Baby und ein Hund sehr geräumig und komfortabel ausgestattet. Zudem der perfekte Start für viele schöne Wanderungen.

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end en famille. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques, aimables et réactifs lors des échanges par mails les jours précédents notre arrivée. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce charmant chalet. Il est très bien équipé. Le terrain permet de profiter de l'extérieur (ping pong, pétanque). Nous y retournerons sans hésiter.

Alles perfekt

Wir wurden von der Vermieterin sehr nett empfangen, sogar ein srlbst gebackener Kuchen sowie eine gekühlte Flasche Wein stand bereit. Das Haus ist mit jeglichem Geschirr, Gläsern etc sehr gut ausgestattet. Sogar eine Tischtennisplatte u eine Boulebahn war vorhanden. Wie hsben denn kurzen Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Excellent séjour Vosges / Alsace

Le gîte, l’accueil, l’environnement sont formidables. De ce point d’ancrage nous avons pu profiter de superbes ballades (Hohneck, Schlucht, Longemer) et de superbes excursions en Alsace (Colmar, Riquewihr, Kaysersberg), le tout étant à proximité. Le boulanger au Valtin est exceptionnel, ne pas rater les kouglof frais au petit matin. Bref nous recommandons chaudement.

Great location. Wine in the fridge and home made treats. Electric heating set on arrival so the house was always warm. Alain and Elizabeth lived just up the road, but we're not needed. Great area for walking and site seeing. This was our second trip to Le Valtin and we will return next Christmas.

Pluspunten! Hartelijke ontvangst door Mv.Tisserand. Woning/chalet: keurig verzorgd, volledig uitgerust met nuttige apparatuur. Ligging: optimaal voor het maken van wandelingen, Route des Cretes, Col de la Schlucht, Kaysersberg, Ribeauville, Gerardmer etc.met de auto makkelijk te bereiken. M.a.w. een aanrader!
