"The residence is in a quiet peaceful location reached via a windy hillly road. In the 4 nights we stayed in early September, we saw, from the large windows of our rooms, clear views of the hills and mountain, starry nights, misty cloudy views and even a lightening show. All spectacular. The two rooms were spacious enough and clean to our liking, affordable, the staff friendly and Chamonix a half hour drive away. "

"Great location in a lovely village. Perfect for people with young children as the nursery slopes are right outside. Apartment had everything we needed. Check in was easy and quick. I'd recommend to call in advance and say if you need cot/towels/sheets as I didn't do this and had to wait a short while for these to be prepared. The manager/owner speaks English so it would have been very easy to phone in advance. We did have someone steal a hired sled when we were there which we had left...

"This was literally the absolute worst hotel (really, it was more like a hostel) that I have stayed in either stateside or abroad. The property only allows you to communicate with them during two short periods daily around check-in and out. Their information indicates check in is not on the property. "Huge deposit charged at check-in against cleaning of the rooms at check out. Guests were required to conduct thorough room clean including hoovering. The bedcovers, sheets and pillow cases and towels were all charged for separately which was not mentioned at the booking. Misleading advertising, very disappointing upon arrival. "
