Fully air-conditioned apartment accommodating up to 6 people:

A bright living-dining room opens onto a beautiful terrace offering a panoramic view of the sea and La Garonne beach. It’s the ideal setting to enjoy your meals facing the blue of the Mediterranean or simply relax while admiring the horizon.

The open-plan kitchen, fully equipped (electric oven, induction cooktop, wine cellar, combined refrigerator, filter coffee maker and Nespresso, electric kettle, toaster).

On the night side, the apartment features three elegant and comfortable bedrooms. The master suite includes a private bathroom with a toilet. A second double bedroom benefits from direct access to the terrace, allowing you to wake up facing the sea. Finally, a third bedroom is equipped with two single beds, all served by a bathroom with a separate toilet.

For your comfort: Air conditioning in all rooms, electric oven, induction cooktop, combined refrigerator, toaster, filter coffee maker, Nespresso coffee maker, electric kettle.

At your disposal, two parking spaces in a courtyard secured by an automatic gate.

To be paid on-site: Security deposit €1200, mandatory cleaning fee €120, tourist tax (according to the current TPM rate).
