Belle expérience, jolie marina très propre et fonctionnelle dans un quartier calme mais bien situé et proche de toutes les commodités. Procédure d'entrée et de sortie simple et hôte à l'écoute si besoin. Nous recommandons vivement cet hébergement.

Sehr entspannter Urlaub mit netten und schnell reagierenden Vermietern

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet, Sie liegt im Obergeschoss eines Reihenhauses mit zwei Etagen. In der Wohnung hört man keine Geräusche von Nachbarn und der Wohnung darunter. Auch draußen auf dem großen Balkon und im kleinen zur Wohnung gehörenden Garten mit eigenem Steg in die Marina war es erstaunlich ruhig. Wirklich sehr entspannt.Die Betten sind bequem. Küche und Bad gut brauchbar und es gibt genug Platz für alle. Die Wohnung war für zwei Erwachsene und zwei größere Kinder völlig ausreichend. Lieblingsplatz war im Whirlpool mit Blick auf die vorbeiziehenden Boote.Zum Strand Espiguette fährt man mit Rad einen schönen Weg von 15 Minuten. Espiguette ist ein Naturereignis. Horizont am Meer und am Strand. Ein Traum für Menschen die gern weite Strecken am Strand laufen. Ein Traum auch für Kitesurfer. Unsere Kids haben Kurse gemacht, eine Attraktion (allerdings auch hochpreisig). Etwas näher ist der sehr bewirtschaftete Plage Sud (in der Hochsaison natürlich voll und das Meer nicht so schön wie an der Espiguette, wir waren aber auch da gerne.)Le Grau Du Roi ist kein St. Tropez und darum haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Im Umland gibt es mit Nizza, Montpellier, Aigues Mortes, Pont Du Gard schöne Ziele. Die Wohnung ist eine echte Empfehlung.Restauranttipps mit Kids: Mona (Grau du Roi - italtienisch)LOyat Plage (Mit Auto andere Seite Esqiguette - einfaches Strandrestaurant)Le chaUkao (Nahe Aigues Mortes - Carmarguefeeling)

wunderschöner Aufenthalt

Der Empfang war sehr freundlich. Es gab eine kurze Führung. Stephane überließ uns sogar seine 3 Fahrräder.Die Lage ist zum Abschalten wirklich perfekt. Außer ein paar Möwen und vereinzelt ein Boot, das am Haus vorbeifuhr, war nichts zu hören. Wir kommen seit 30 Jahren nach Le Grau du Roi. Es war unser erster Aufenthalt im Winter und er war fantastisch!

Emplacement magnifique

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. La vue est superbe. On ne s’en lasse pas. La marina est très propre, salle de bain également même si elle mériterait un petit coup de jeune.

Viel Atmosphäre in Südfrankreichs grösstem Yachthafen

Sehr freundliche und unkomplizierte Wohnungsübergabe durch die Vermieter Stéphane und Laurence. Ein SUP steht zum Paddeln im Hafenbecken, Meer oder Etangs der Umgebung zur Verfügung. Dank der 3 Vélos konnten wir unser Auto auf dem hauseigenen Parkplatz stehen lassen und die nähere Umgebung mit dem Fahrrad erkunden. Bäcker, Metzger, kleiner Supermarkt und einfaches aber sehr leckeres Fischrestaurant in nächster Nähe. Die Strände von Port Camargue sind seicht, les Espiguettes bietet kilometerlange traimhafte Sandstrände mit hohen Wellen, wenig Infrastruktur. Direkt vom Sitzplatz aus kann man im Hafenbecken gut schwimmen, ausserdem steht ein kleiner Jaccuzi zur Verfügung. Wir haben uns in dieser besonderen Atmosphäre rundum wohl gefühlt. Achtung Bettwäsche und Handtücher müssen mitgebracht werden, Reinigung ist Sache des Mieters.

Großzügige Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten, sehr ruhige Lage( wenn nicht gerade ein Nachbar sein Boot repariert),mit traumhafter Terrassenaussicht. Leider war sie nicht gereinigt bei Ankunft und wir mussten erst die alten Lebensmittelreste und den Müll des Vormieters entsorgen und putzen. Wenn man schon den Mietern die Endreinigung auferlegt , dann muss man es zumindest kontrollieren. Eine gründliche Reinigung wie z.B.fettige Abzugshaube am Herd, detailliertes Putzen, Entfernen von Schimmel an Kühlschrankdichtungen,Fenster putzen,Schränke auswischen, Wartung des Whirlpools ist dennoch Sache des Vermieters- hat aber offensichtlich viele Monate nicht stattgefunden. Bettwäsche und Handtücher müssen mitgebracht werden( auch eher ungewöhnlich und platzraubend). Positiv zu erwähnen sind die großartigen Matratzen. Leider verbleibt letzten Endes der Eindruck, dass man zwar Geld verdienen möchte mit dem Objekt, aber nicht bereit ist Zeit oder Geld zu investieren das Objekt vernünftig in Ordnung zu halten.

Marina au calme les pieds dans l’eau

Marina bien exposée et située dans un quartier calme. Vue donnant sur le port, le passage des bateaux accompagnant agréablement notre séjour. Le jacuzzi présent est un plus. La propriété est bien équipée, à compléter avec un séche-cheveux. La climatisation demande à être réparée.

Séjour de rêve devant la Mer
