The property only allows you to communicate with them during two short periods daily around check-in and out. Their information indicates check in is not on the property. "Be careful booking this location the room and resort were great but our building was under separate ownership which meant it was fully self catered the there were no towels no sheets for the beds only the duvet and pillows which were stained and not pleasant to sleep on. We found a cockroach in one of the kitchen appliances and there was no way of getting service from reception as they had nothing to do with the building/room. Be careful staying here "

"Avoid if at all possible. The location, though advertised as central Flaine is not Flaine, it is 5-10 minute drive up the hill, requiring a navette bus to ski. This also makes it rather difficult to find on the first day. The hot tub didn't work most of the time and when it did it was tepid at best. The room was dirty, with dirty socks lying around and to top it all off, they tried to charge an 80 euro cleaning fee for a room that wasn't even clean. "Excellent hotel the staff were super friendly and couldn’t do enough for you, breakfast was really enjoyable with plenty of selection, location is a 10min walk to the center, plus side is the bus stop is right outside of the hotel that takes you straight to the telecabine"
