Come and stay in this charming apartment located on the 3rd floor with lift, ideal for welcoming 2 people. Perfect for a getaway for two, you will be seduced by its balcony offering a pleasant view of the ocean and the swimming pool.

You will benefit from access to the residence swimming pool, open from mid-June to mid-September. To vary your pleasures, the beach is only 50 metres from the apartment, allowing you to fully enjoy the seaside delights.

The apartments hoomy12974 and hoomy12975 are not interconnecting, but they are located side by side. They can be booked simultaneously if needed.



Upon arrival at the apartment, you will discover the living area with the lounge corner, equipped with a sofa, a television and access to the balcony. Just next to it are a dining table and the open-plan kitchen. Fully equipped, it has electric hobs, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a kettle and a filter coffee maker.



You will have a room on the upper floor with a King Size bed (180/200), which can be pushed together to form a large bed.



An ensuite bathroom with a hairdryer is at your disposal. An independent toilet is also available.



To park, a numbered private parking space is provided for you.
