"Terrible experience all around, we arrived late due to the airlines. No one was there, rang the bell several times. No one came, called the number, a guy answered, he said two minutes, waited ten minutes, no one came, called again, this time a woman answered, she said two minutes, waited another ten minutes, still nothing, called again, this time she gave us a code to get in the door and directed us to keys hanging on the wall via phone. VERY poor service "

"My room smell really bad when I walked it, moldy and lots of humidity. I turned the AC on immediately and by time I came back from dinner was hoping it was gone but the actual AC was very old and bad smell was coming out of it I have to turned it off. Is a shame bse the property is nice but the rooms need a makeover for sure! "
