"Major disappointment – the room did not match the booking, the heating did not work, and there was no hot water
We booked an “Exclusive Double Room” for one night through Expedia, for 2 people, explicitly listed in the description as having “1 Double Bed.” The room description also listed “heating” as one of the amenities. "It's located near farm and forest.So you will have a chance to see cows. I liked hotel, it has free bikes, pool and billiard. Staff was very nice and polite. There was a lady ( probably owner) who seems responsive and nice to the possible problems. Thanks!"
