The room smelled like cigarettes the kitchen sink tiles were broken and glued on which was falling down the bathroom shower head was loose and a lady not sure if she was the manager walking all over the complex with a walkie talkie in her hand instructing young boys with dogs not sure to be security dogs outside the apartment building. ...
