"We arrived on a Sunday evening with a quick and cheerful welcome.The room was a suite with 2 bathrooms which was clean.The
kitchenette was well stocked if you wanted to cook but there are many restaurants within a
10-15 minute drive.The weather outside was a
little cool which made the outdoor hot tub
inviting.The sightseeing for the fall colours was
nearby.The room overall was very cosy."

I found it interesting that there is a small balcony door in the room that you can have access to air.
The bathroom was small if I am to compare it to other hotels I have been to.
In the room there is a small coffee machine but no tea. Usually there would tea too.
There is no breakfast included, which was a loss.
They have a small gym and a sauna.
The parking is expensive but easy to get to in the underground garage.
What was really cool was how you can access the coffee shop directly from inside the hotel and another door would access to the main shops / restaurant area."
"This review is in comparison with a 5 star hotel we stayed at Montreal for the same trip.
Some staff here were not super helpful.
We came early before our 4 pm check in time, we were told somebody would call us when the room is ready, we ended up following up with them then checked in after 4 pm. No one called us proactively."
