Convenient location to event at Magnolia Center (by car, not walking). At check-in, the clerk helped me out by making a couple of calls to my lost cell phone - great! Not only wasn't there a light on as Tom Bodine promises, the switch inside the door did not control a light; I needed to use a flashlight to turn the room lights on; fortunately I keep a small flashlight in my left front pocket. Bathroom door wouldn't close until I took a screwdriver to the screws in the hinge (also conveniently in my left front pocket; that's a crowded pocket; six more items). On the hook on the inside of that door, there were two dirty towels, in addition to the clean towels on the rack. My son found a roach (the finger end of a hand-rolled cigarette, not an insect) in his clothing when preparing for checkout; I hope the cleaning staff enjoyed the three slices of pizza we left in the refrigerator. The toilet flushed, but only when the handle was held down for at least two seconds.

The hotel is pet friendly, the staff are very nice and helpful, there is air conditioning in the room. However, the room was Not as I was expecting and the walls & doors are Very dirty & Unsanitary, there is Dirt, Brown and Red Spots on all the walls & doors. I paid for a smoke free room,with refrigerator & microwave, however, it was Not smoke free, it Smelled of Smoke & there was Burned Holes through every cover & bedding (I had to sleep on top of the covers) & the bathroom was not clean.Also, the room Did Not have a microwave or a refrigerator & the staff Could Not provide these items for my room during my stay, I had to throw away most of my food.

Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Some long term guest caused issues late at night during my stay, often leaving their empty alcohol containers, garbage, and clothing lying on sidewalk outside their room. Staff was quick to clean up property in morning. Room is suitable for overnight stay. Some minor wear and tear but overall room was clean. Does not offer breakfast but waffle house directly next door and convenient stores that are open late night as well

There was mold on the sheets and the bathroom was still dirty from the last guest. The Front desk could not find our reservation so i had to pay twice and spend hours on the phone to get refunded.

Worst room i have ever stayed in. almost just forfeited my prepayment when i saw the room. broken mirror, metal all rusted, furniture broken, tv did not work, curtains and drawers stained. extremely noisy. DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY!

Was pleasantly surprised to immediately notice the room had been updated - wooden floors, linens in perfect condition and a beautiful eye catching print, furniture appeared to be brand new , air conditioning worked great , bathroom clean and appeared to be updated

Place is awful. Last ditch effort at best. Restroom door broken and no doorknob or latch. Toilet clogged up on first flush. There was a plunger but it didn’t help. Wildlife everywhere - roaches, flies, ants. True roach motel. Seriously - AVOID at all costs.
