"We’ve stayed here multiple times. It has really gone down hill. Booked a king room at check in was told there were no kings available. Get to the room and it has a musty smell and dusty. The next morning go to take a shower and brown water comes out. Will not be staying here again. "

"Great Casino, but the hotel cleaning staff made it feel cheap and unimportant by treating me with disregard. Knocking aggressively on my door at 8AM, like that’s appropriate or something. "

"This was the worst experience I’ve had out of all the hotels I’ve visited. The room was not clean; the carpet had multiple black stains and mold, and it smelled really bad. The toilet and the shower were clogged. The vanity was broken and coming loose from the back, with all the nails exposed, which was very dangerous for me because I had my young child with me. The furniture in the room was generally in poor condition. The pool was closed. I only stayed there for 6 hours because I preferred to leave and go somewhere else rather than remain in those conditions. It’s a place I would never return to."

"The parking and air conditioner are the conly things rhat worked. The room was so bad there was no shower curtain absolutely no hor water for shower. The bed had springs sticking out there was only a partial roll of toilet paper. Bathroom door was broken. No vending machines no ice machines no pool as advertised rherecwas supposed to be breakfast that didnt happen. There was a coffee pot in the room but no coffee. Left at 7am front door was locked could not talk to anyone. VERT DISSAPONTED IN THE WHOLE PLACE WILL NEVER STAY AGAIN. WE WANT A REFUND....."
