"My wife and I have been coming to the Riverside for years. They are constantly upgrading the resort and.this is the best I've ever seen. The new pool area is great! Something you would see in Las Vegas! Keep up the great work!"

"Sadly dissapointed staff didn’t change the bedding before we checked in because there was blood on our pillows I had to call and ask them to come change them. The conditioner and shower gel was out for 2 days and the breakfast was not great. We were there for 5 days and no free play and the hallways smelled like weed in the no smoking. The only plus was the room were not priced too high. I guess you get what you pay for. The staff did change everything we asked for even though they were coming in every day to make the beds and they were very friendly and the view was amazing "

"The casino was really nice the staff was just ok not to friendly,and the rooms were not what i expected very old loooking and the smell wasnt that nice, we actually left a day early,i wont b going back anytime soon "

"Biggest draw for us is parking garage (free!) --> hotel lobby --> room is a SMOKE FREE walk!! No casino to walk through to get to the hotel lobby. Rates are reasonable; clean room, limited and somewhat dated amenities."
