After many generic (AI generated) mails back and forth someone was sent over on the 2nd day and later they admitted, a part would need to be replaced as the pool could not maintain the temperature. Very disappointing and frustrating, as we booked the accommodation because of the whirlpool. We also had the feeling that the issue was known beforehand, which makes it false advertising."

"Photos can not capture the beautiful scenery at the villa. You are surrounded by nature and the view of the Northern Lights surrounds the area when they are dancing. Our teens, young adults, middle-aged, and senior family members were all able to enjoy the spacious layout. Travel to local sights is easy and worth it in order to be in the tranquil quiet by the lake. I highly recommend staying here. The owners are wonderful hosts."

We found everything that we needed for our stay from all kitchen items to fans. I am a very picky sleeper. Normally on vacation I don't sleep well and usually can't wait to get in my own bed. Not here. I slept like a baby. I even pulled up the bedding to see if I could see the mattress brand incase it is possible to get...
