"The hotel is trying to conserve on housekeeping and water. I was told I can only get housekeeping if I request it before 10am. I mean what if I overslept past 10am. The water pressure was low, there were crumbs galore in between the chair cushion in the room. Rusted shower head fixture, and rusted area around the back of the toilet, base of toilet needs to be caulked again. Housekeeping needs to step it up and maintenance. To close, most of front desk staff don’t look like they want to be there."

Thank you Mark the bellman, Mark and Sophia from Korea at the front desk, Jane at the pool, the entire housekeeper staff that worked the 6th floor, all restaurants and poolside employees!!! You were all fantastic!"
