"Excellent location in a small village with great onsite facilities and very friendly staff (Mary in main buffet, Javed at the Nutelleria, Tatiana , Kara and Evans at the bar). Nice (pre-bookable) dining options on site (on top of an excellent quality buffet ) with moderate booking wait (we were only 3 nights so poss better if longer stay). We had food coma with so many food and great Live music at Roasta bar each evening was good way to end the evenings. Views from our swim up private pool were amazing, sunset views from all across the property were stunning. Sunbed availability was limited like in any other sought after resort but loads of options and we weren’t bothered due to sunbed in the room pool."

"Even though at capacity it still felt spacious with room at the pools, plenty of options during the day, love the cafe on the beach. Haute Living staff super helpful with reservation suggestions. Luxury 2 bed residence felt very private and the pool is a great size. Quality and decor were exceptional."

"The welcome at the hotel was outstanding, being welcomed back as friends, as one of their family along with the food quality, makes staying at the Alexandros a genuine and authentic Greek experience. The cleanliness of the hotel, the rooms and communal areas is outstanding. Pool is lovely and never an issue in getting a sun bed, there was always plenty spare.The family (Maria, Paul and Litsa) work incredibly hard to run a lovely, authentic Greek family run hotel, but is there heart and soul that they put into your care, that really shines through."

"Cannot say enough nice things about the facilities and the staff at Numo Ierapetra. Every detail was thought of and executed perfectly, from complimentary massages to helping my partner plan his proposal! Numo Ierapetra will forever have a special place in our hearts as the place we got engaged. The 2 pools and beach were well maintained and the poolside music was relaxing and matched the vibe perfectly. The food was really good for a buffet and the a la carte menu for lunch was delicious. They also had a beach bar where you could order drinks and food directly to the beach loungers. I want to thank specially Alina and Ioulia at Guest Experience, who helped make the proposal really especial, and booked dinners and car rentals for us to explore the island. Irini at Tamarisk was also fantastic, as well as Sandip at the beach bar! Fully recommend for any special trip or just for a relaxing holiday by the beach!"
