Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Checkout time is 11am and the housekeeping staff will be there at 11:30am to clean the room for the next guest. Late check out is available UPON REQUEST.
If you do extend without my knowledge you will be subject to a $75 late check out fee. A granted late check out request is normally $50 and subject to availability.
Please be mindful of the next guests coming in and the housekeeping staff that needs to clean the room.

The condo at The Vdara had several positives: it was very clean, had great views, and the unit’s location in the building was ideal. However, some important details fell short. The listing advertises a kitchen, but there were no essentials provided—no silverware, cups, cookware, or coffee maker. There were also no plugs near the bed for charging devices, and the shower appeared to be missing a handle or fixture. On top of that, the water was shut off for two hours with no notice or communication. These issues made the stay less comfortable than expected, though the place has potential with some updates and better communication.
