Come on down to your 520-square-foot suite and immerse yourself in pure luxury. Enjoy a dedicated sitting area with state-of-the-art entertainment technology, full kitchenette, king-sized bed with luxurious bathroom accommodations.

Designer furnishings including a king size bed with a sofa-bed couch. Luxurious bathroom with dual vanities, a large shower and a separate jetted bathtub perfect for relaxation. The toilet is in a separate enclosed room within the large bathroom. Nice sized kitchenette with a microwave, two-burner cook top, and a mini-fridge. Glassware, tableware, basic cookware, and utensils can be provided by contacting the front desk upon arrival. Also included is a coffee maker to enjoy that morning cup of Joe. Located just a block from the Strip with an endless number of restaurants within walking distance.

Free valet parking. You can access all the amenities at the Signature pool and gym. The Signature offers free concierge services for guests, free WiFi, room service and laundry facilities (for a fee, detergent is not provided). Pool access is free with complimentary towels, while food and drink available for purchase. Spa services also available on premises.

The room looked a lot nicer in the pictures but when we got there we saw worn ceiling in the bathroom, beat up baseboards and door bottoms. Also since it was privately owned even though it was in the hotel we could not get a new iron as the one in the room was covered in melted wax or plastic and the service desk said I had to contact the VRBO host instead. I did but the iron never came. Also the fire alarm went off randomly and security came to question if we were smoking but we were not as neither my wife or I smoke. They determined it was the steam from the shower. Overall I expected a bit of a better experience. Didn’t seem better than us just getting a hotel room outright. Had less services available than a regular hotel. Even Air B&Bs we’d stayed at were better.

Great affordable option to stay at the Strip

Room was spacious and as advertised. Check in was easy and we did not have any issues with parking. Very convenient to get to the Strip and the trams at the MGM.

The room was quiet and spacious with a full sized bath tub, stove, mw, coffee pot.There was a little disconnect between the front desk and the property manager. It took a couple hours to get the wifi resolved. Overall it was a good place to stay

Everything I needed for a short stay. Booking, checkin and checkout were flawless. Insurance/deposit were a bit pricey but I expect there is a reason.

Great spot

We really enjoyed this room! Nice and clean and great amenities. I highly recommend it and would stay here again. We liked the jacuzzi tub, the bed, and the location is really nice too. Right next to the monorail and mgm, but not right in the chaos that is the strip. Affordable too!

Overall everything was great! Location, communication, comfort. Only issues were TV functionality was frustrating. Never improved after contacting owner. And the showers cleanliness was suspect. Signs of mold.

Very Comfortable

The property is great, easy access to dining and Las Vegas Metro system. A recommended option for those that attend a convention. Kitchenette allows for a quick breakfast in your room and the ability to prepare a sack lunch if you're manning a booth!

Summer Getaway

We had the pleasure of staying in the MGM signature suites for the second time now and once again does not disappoint. It is a large suite with everything you could need and some. Hint* the suite has a large jacuzzi tub inside. It is connected to MGM grand so easy access to the strip, food, and shops. It is a very clean property and very luxurious I might add. I absolutely will stay here a 3rd time and hopefully more after. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Anniversary trip with friends

We spent 4 nights in Vegas and this was a perfect location! Once we discovered the inside walkways between towers (our friends were in tower 3) and the monorail and MGM we could get anywhere we wanted with ease! So easy to access everything! Being on the 2nd floor made it so quick and easy to zip anywhere! Luis was so quick to answer any questions and is a fabulous host! Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a safe place to stay while in Vegas.

Our stay at this location was fantastic! The suite is great, conveniently located just steps away from all sorts of attractions. If you don’t feel like leaving the hotel, there’s no need as there is a fabulous casino right downstairs, also the swimming pool, lazy river, and countless restaurants, just steps away. The suite is spacious, quiet, great ac and it didn’t break the bank. I would like to highlight the communication with our host was above and beyond. I greatly appreciate the fast responses to all questions. We will look to book this spot again! Thanks.

Birthday Getaway

The property is beautiful. The bed is extremely comfortable. Huge room and bathroom. The carpet and tile are 'worn' and could be cleaned or updated. The refrigerator makes funny noises at night that kept me awake. Easy access to the MGM Grand, you can walk directly to the MGM through skyways with people movers. The room is fully stocked with coffee and dishes. Lotion, shampoo, and conditioner are provided but note there is NO SOAP. Towels and blow dryer are also provided. Where you check in is tricky based on when you arrive. Bld. #2 is the only one open if you arrive after 6pm. Then you walk to the bld. you are staying in. If before 6pm you can check in at your building. There are detailed instructions that should be on the VRBO site but are not there. It took numerous emails with Luis before I had an understanding of parking, check-in and where to go. Luis was quick to respond! However, if all this information was on the VRBO page it would be much smoother and make the process easier. It was a really nice stay for the money.

NFR Stay!

Us girls really enjoyed our room for National Finals! It was clean, just across the walkway from MGM and in a great location to get to everything on the strip! It was clean and well stocked for all our needs! Great kitchenette with toaster, coffee maker and utensils, huge whirlpool tub and walk in shower!

Great Property

This is a great property, especially if you want to enjoy the best pool complex on the strip. And, we were able to jump on the tram that runs into MGM. The only negative comment is that the pictures weren’t accurate. It’s a much better property than the pictures show. It’s very clean with stovetop, microwave and fridge. Bed was very comfortable. Overall a great property. Oh, and the best communication from the property owner. The owner proactively checked in on us at check in, during stay and at checkout.

Nice place with a little extra space on a spot pretty close to the strip (connected by walkway to MGM Grand). 2nd floor unit. No housekeeping during your stay, so need to bring own amenities and conserve towels if staying for more than 2 days.
