"I did not really like the hotel to much cigarette smell everywhere the hotel not the best"

"1. Cabin Quality & Comfort The cabin is beautiful, very clean, and thoughtfully maintained. Although it’s on the smaller side, the layout is efficient and includes everything you need—including a comfortable living area. Towels and essentials are well-stocked, which makes the stay easy and convenient. 2. Service & Experience The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The entire process—from logging in to check-in and check-out—is smooth and hassle-free, which adds a lot to the overall positive experience. 3. Minor Drawback The only downside is that the water heater can be quite noisy. Aside from that, everything else about the stay is excellent."

"Has issues checking in at the kiosk and has to speak to a clerk which only two were checking people in. Waited roughly 40 mins which I thought was long and manager was behind wall but did not assist the other clerks to move line quicker. Was kind of disappointed that she never apologized for the long wait"

"Was celebrating a birthday and never again at this hotel. Terrible hotel the renovated rooms are okay. Horrible experience with the hotel and top of the world restaurant only the view was nice but food was disgusting over priced and worst service from the server. Not going back to either ever again. "
