"Llamé para solicitar la forma de acceso a lo que me comentaron que no podian darme la habitación porque no tenian servicio de agua, que buscara que me reubicaran, a lo que claro no pasó. Tuve que buscsr otro alojamiento ese mismo dia y el reembolso no lo estan autorizando "

"The room was really stuffy and there’s no natural light. It’s okay if you just need a place to sleep, it’s clean. The toilet is busy, I think there was only one toilet for 4 rooms. Also, there was a little hiccup in my checkin where the host didn’t respond for a while.. I waited a while before I could checkin, hotels.com helped me to communicate. No aircon, only a fan. It’s ok if you aren’t picky "

"The room is so tiny, no blanket and not heating . One only toilet to share with six room in the flat. Never recommend , not only for one night "

"A very nice cosy area within central Madrid. Only problem was the shower head being way too high and couldn’t be moved and AC/Heating wouldn’t work. Otherwise, it was a great stay and I 100% recommend! Even get a nice twix Bar"
