"Vilaflor is truly a hidden gem in Tenerife. And to be able to stay in such a quiet, affordable, simple and well-run place was a joy. The staff were nice and helpful and the place simply had a very beautiful charm. In the mountains you can relax and breathe and we really appreciated having Ziggys as a temporary home. "A truly wonderful hotel, We had a lovely clean room and a fantastic view overlooking the swimming pool and sea, thank you so so much! I have been returning to this fabulous hotel for many, many years and have always received such a warm welcome and been made to feel incredibly special. A particularly heartfelt thank you to Eli and Patrick in the Casas Ducales who consistently go above and beyond to make every stay memorable, please never leave. Balas’ Daniel and Ziara are also fantastic, so a huge thank you to all of you for making each visit so special. This is certainly my favourite hotel in Europe. The food is fabulous, particularly in the Italian restaurant and the Brasserie. Donald at the Italian is always so friendly and welcoming, making you feel completely at home. Thank you to the entire team for your outstanding hospitality. We always look forward to returning!"
