"Overall the stay was nice. The property is beautiful, the food is great and the amenities are nice. Coming from the US there was a language barrier, but being half Puerto Rican I do understand Spanish for the most part and that’s where my stay lost some points. Most of the staff were nice and did their best to translate, but and select few were very rude in their looks and comments to my lack in ability to speak Spanish. None the less the stay was lovely, and Julio made our night each dinner...

"When I arrived they told me they didn’t have my two rooms and I had to go stay in another resort .. ruined my birthday.. the other resort wasn’t far but they weren’t very kind either .. I felt like if you don’t speak Spanish you get ignored in both places. But when I returned the next day I got the rooms and they were nice and my stay got better once I was settled in. The food wasn’t that great but it was eatable. The beach was amazing … I wish the property had more than two pools tho .. they...

"El hotel es muy hermoso, lo único que no me gustó pero lo resolvieron rápido fue que el aire acondicionado no enfriaba y que la ducha estaba sucia pero lo resolvieron rápido. El personal muy atento y dispuestos. Me volvería a hospedar allí."

"I always pick this hotel when going to Santo Domingo. Everyone is very nice BUT, JUAN AND DANIEL make a big difference. When I get to the hotel they greet us like if we were family. Employees like them is a big asset!!!!!"
