"only 2 servers were working and I only ordered side of pancakes which were ok and the hash browns were a deep yellow color with a lot of spices -- not good"

"Room had food and womens hair scrunchies on the floor. Needed a better cleaning and vacuuming. Limited view was air conditioning units!"

"This hotel was superb. From the moment we arrived, until the minute we left, everything was wonderful. The young woman at the front desk was great at her job and the staff were all very courteous. The breakfast basket was perfect. The property is gorgeous. We will be returning!"

"From the time we arrived - when I did seek clarification - the wifi was both spotty and slow or simply wouldn’t connect at all. Using the neighbouring restaurant shouldn’t be required spending this kind of price range and it seems incongruous when seen in the context of the overall experience. For myself wifi is very important. If there was a pay service it wasn’t explained or offered to me. Mark D. Johnston"

"Very well maintained. We stayed in the double queen beach view and it was entirely refurbished with a kitchenette. Very nice. Only downside, tv was not a smart tv, so couldn’t log into streaming apps to watch. But, made for better family time."

"Everything was great the only thing is this hotel is close to a hospital and it was noisy with the sirens at night time plus the bed close to the bathroom in room 514 would squeak. Everything else was great. "
