"Booked here mainly for the air conditioning ..30+ degrees at the moment. Upon check in we were informed that the air con was broken in our room. They had put a fan in the room so went to see. It was like an oven so politely declined. We were offered an upgrade, but was asked if we were willing to pay the difference ourselves. "Nice restaurant and the food was very good . The staff were a little distracted and you had keep asking for things . There was no shampoo or shower gel in the room. I had my own but strange there was none available ."

"We Checked in for a two day stay, the second day the room key didn’t work, it was only programmed for one day. There was no water on the hospitality tray although there was a sign that said please enjoy our water etc etc, we weren’t aware that we would have to pay for parking our car at the hotel this was 10 pound for 24 hours, then only to get home and receive a text from ring go that we owed £3.27 although we paid £20.00 to the receptionist,"

"The hotel's only real advantage is its location—it's directly across from the airport, making it an easy walk. Unfortunately, that was the only positive aspect of my stay. The room was in poor condition. The bathroom was extremely small, and water leaked onto the floor during use. The shower was very low quality and uncomfortable to use.
