"This currently a 24hr construction site as they are building more condos. Some nights there was machinery working thru the night. They seem to be behind schedule as they are have to work all day and night."

"Location was not as advertised : beach was only accessible if a large fee was paid: there is 1 swimming pool - not 4 : area has been destroyed by a typhoon within the last year so there is nothing close to the unit : no restaurants , no stores of any type : its a 1.5 km walk through a ghetto to get anywhere: the condo it self was clean and Maricis- our contact person , was exceptional: in general , the area has nothing to offer and the condo was vastly overpriced for the area it was in."

"Living area we found hot and uncomfortable. Bedrooms lacked bedside tables, nowhere to put our things. If not for Lon, we would have been lost. Could not locate information booklet that should contain local info etc. Other wise our stay was ok."
