"Location is perfect, right on Sapa Square, but it also makes it very loud, almost 24 hours a day. There's music outside starting sometime around 6am and going until late every day of my five night reservation.
Plenty of good restaurants around, the Hmong people were very friendly.
If your reservation includes breakfast, you get access to the buffet on the second floor, something I didn't know until my final morning. There's a restaurant on the first floor and I thought that's where you went. English is minimal. It was fine."
