The "Mazarin" Hotel was a very pleasant surprise. We expected difficulties due to its location on a narrow mediaeval street, but getting there was easy and parking, while tight, was also acceptable. With the car safely put away, we explored what the hotel had to offer. There is no elevator - instead very many stately stairs. If you have luggage, a lot of luggage, that might be a problem. Well, it wasn't. Before we knew it, the receptionists joined forces and brought everything up. After this...

Miguel was more than helpful regarding getting to the airport for 4:30AM. He drew a clear diagram exactly how to walk to the airport. We followed the directions the next morning in the dark but no issues getting to the airport.
Stefan was in charge of the front desk overnight and we were up at 3:30AM. He prepared a coffee for us and made sure we had everything before our...
