Vacation home in Dordogne

Rent family house of 95m2 with large garden, quiet, in the heart of the purple Périgord, ideally located to visit our beautiful region.

The 95m2 house can accommodate 8 people.

The accommodations are located on the first floor (the first floor being the garage). For people with walking difficulties, it is possible to access the floor with a stannah type wheelchair (keys given on request when booking)

It consists of:

3 bedrooms
- 1 bedroom with a 160x190 motorized bed and an office space
- 1 bedroom with a 140x190 bed and a water point
- 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds (sleeps 4). There is a possibility of adding an extra bed (but in this case the space will be limited).

Each bedroom is equipped with a closet to store your belongings, extra blankets and a fan (air conditioning is only in the main room)

A fully equipped independent kitchen (ceramic hob, oven, microwave, kettle, senseo coffee maker, classic coffee maker, dishwasher, fridge, crockery, kitchen utensils)

A bright and air-conditioned living-dining room with TV

A large secure balcony with 1 garden furniture and deckchairs.

A bathroom with walk-in shower

Independent toilets.

A garage with washing machine and possibility to bring in bicycles, motorbikes, trailers

A privatized garden (you are alone on the property) with garden furniture, deckchairs, hammock, barbecue, children's games (swing, baby swing, small slide, trampoline...)
Please note that the garden is not fully fenced

The house is also equipped with a Wi-Fi connection and is fully equipped with mosquito nets.

The house is non-smoking (for smokers smoking possibility to smoke on the balcony).

Beds will be made on arrival.

Children, whatever their age, are welcome. All baby equipment can be made available free of charge on request (cot, high chair, changing mat, bath, deckchair)

Our animal friends are also welcome.

Bathroom linen can be rented for an additional €20.

The cleaning fee of €60 is mandatory.

To cool off in the summer, you can swim:
- Lalinde outdoor swimming pool (7 km by car)
- Aqualud de bergerac (20 km away)
- Lake Pombonne (20km away)
- Lake of Neuf font (30 km away)
- swimming in the Dordogne (bring shoes) at the Vicq bridge, at the Buisson de Cadouin (23km) or in Limeuil (25 km)
- Ponds of Bos in Saint Chamassy (30km)

Our country house is ideally located for your sightseeing

In our village of Lanquais, you will find the castle, called the unfinished Louvre of the Perigord

5 minutes from the small town of Lalinde with its bastide, its walks by the canal

25 minutes from the town of Bergerac with its old town, its barge rides

25 minutes from Monbazillac with its castle and wine

30 minutes from Le Bugue where you will find many activities (typical village of Bournat, aquarium, prehistoric labyrinth, tree climbing...)

45 minutes from the pretty town of Sarlat

45 minutes from Les Eyzies and its Cromagnon man
You will also be close to many castles, caves, bastides, markets...

You can also go canoeing on the Dordogne or the Vézère, taste our local products...
Hiking trails are close to the house
